How to avoid medical errors

Sometimes nothing can be done to avoid smelling things that medical errors / malpractice. But experts at the American Academy of Medical Surgical disagree with this opinion. They assume that there are some things you can do to avoid or reduce the occurrence of medical errors / malpractice.

Ask any doctor doing the examination and when given the drug. Ask inspection purposes and functions of each medicine you receive.

Ensure that any health worker that you meet knows your medical history including allergies and drug problems that you've consumed.
*
Invite family or close friends to the clinic when your health care so that family or friends can help ensure that health services you receive are safe and appropriate.
*
Double-check the drugs that you receive at the pharmacy if it is in accordance with a given doctor's prescription.
*
Do not forget to bring your card each time treatment to the same health services so that your previous medical history can be read properly.
*
Remind caregivers to wash their hands every time you touch.
