Exercise can be as effective as Viagra

Sports are designed specifically to benefit as effective as Viagra (sildenafil) to address cases of erectile dysfunction. So the conclusion of a research program which lasted for two years at the Cologne University Medical Centre, Germany.
The research was based on a foregone conclusion that says that certain pelvic muscles can help to overcome impotence. From where researchers led by Dr. Frank Sommer hopes to prove through clinical trials. "It's incredible, the results were effective," said Dr. Sommer in his report at the European Association of Urology.
In the trial, 104 patients with circulatory disorders were given sildenafil, placebo, and a series of menus specially designed sports. The results overall, 80 percent of patients who claim to follow an exercise program managed to obtain better erections. The amount is greater than 74 percent of the group using sildenafil and 18 percent who get a placebo.
An exercise program designed specifically research intended to improve the blood supply around the pelvis, buttocks and leg muscles through exercise squat, and lift the pelvis and legs. The overall program is time-consuming exercise for three weeks.
Proper blood flow needed to maintain an erection looks directly increased sharply in men who exercise. Hardening erection average increased by 46 percent within three months after the men were exercising regularly run the program.
"Indeed, sport is a conservative treatment option that can be reliable for patients with moderately impaired circulation," said Sommer.
