70 Percent Mandatory Deposit Android device to Microsoft

By "joining" the two companies, Microsoft has received income in the form of royalties paid by more than 70 percent of Android devices in circulation in the United States.
Both companies are Aluratek and Coby electronics device known as a producer and consumer electronics gadget. They allegedly entered into an agreement to pay royalties to Microsoft for not prosecuted. A total of 1100 had signed a licensing agreement with Microsoft.
This relates to Microsoft's patent licensing program was first run in 2003. Through this program, Microsoft is able to charge those who use the technology that was patented by the company.
Microsoft's own party claims that Chrome operating system Android OS can use a number of patents that have not been made public. Therefore, anyone that uses the operating system is concerned with the product at risk and must sign a legal patent license agreement with Microsoft to secure themselves.
Microsoft has managed to convince a number of manufacturers of Android and Linux-based device that it is better to pay royalties to the company rather than against the law.
The Android manufacturers that have signed a patent license agreement with Microsoft, among others, the Amazon, HTC, LG Electronics, Samsung, and TomTom.
